Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and discuss the reason for your return.
- 2.Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your furniture in its original packaging materials to ensure it remains protected and in showroom condition during transit.
- 3.Schedule Pickup or Shipping
Once your return is authorized, we will help you coordinate a professional furniture carrier pickup or provide instructions for smaller items to be sent back via standard shipping.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned piece at our warehouse, we will process your refund or store credit, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
